Kunle Amoo is the founder and Broker/Owner of AspenWay Realty. He is a U.S. Navy veteran who served as an officer, bringing the same strategic mindset and operational rigor to real estate that defined his military career.
Kunle holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, a credential awarded to professionals with advanced training in global real estate markets and cross-border transactions. This expertise allows AspenWay Realty to serve clients with international connections, relocation needs, and investment strategies that extend beyond local markets.
His leadership style is deliberate and client-focused. He does not chase trends or volume. Instead, he builds long-term relationships, advises with candor, and ensures every transaction is executed with care and attention to detail.
